Colt has a fully-implemented and actively-managed procurement procedures manual that provides guidance and instruction to project leaders and procurement personnel.
The Colt purchasing group is consolidated across all offices, and is supported by an integrated network procurement system that purchases, on average, more than $2 billion in materials and services per year. This gives Colt the advantage and flexibility to work with global suppliers to obtain very competitive pricing and on-time performance. Selection of any supplier is governed by its ability to offer a quality product, price competitiveness, proven financial stability and delivery performance.

Local Procurement
Colt believes in supporting local businesses and services. We work closely with our clients to develop an active local sourcing program for the project and incorporate it
into our master procurement plan. We use both Colt's and the client’s supplier databases to effectively search and qualify local suppliers and vendors.
