Design/Build Services

Cord's Design/Build package of services provide all the required engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and related support necessary to take a client's initiative from concept to start-up. Our services include:

Conceptual and preliminary design, including:
- Cost schedule and risk assessment/recommendation
- Design basis (DBM) and project execution plan (PEP) development
- Constructability/fit-for-purpose reviews

Life cycle assessment
Coordination of legal survey and land activities
