When considering your application for employment, Colt will collect your resume and any other information you send us in your application, and may also collect information from references you provide and other sources relevant to your ability to perform the duties of the position for which you are applying (your “Personal Information”).
Colt will use and disclose the Personal Information to its staff to determine whether it should offer you a position and to determine the salary and benefits to which you are entitled. Colt may disclose your Personal Information to a client or potential client, but only after obtaining your explicit consent.
Colt may, but is not required to, keep all or some of your Personal Information indefinitely so that it can consider you for any other suitable position that may arise. If you do not want Colt to keep your Personal Information on file, or to be considered for any position other than the one for which you are applying, please notify Colt in your letter of application.
Colt will keep your application file in a secure manner at the divisional office to which you applied.
