Retirement Program
In support of employee retirement planning, Colt also sponsors a Group Registered Retirement Program. Under this plan the company will match 100% of employee contributions, per pay period, up to maximum amounts as determined by the employee's continuous service with Colt. All salaried employees with three months of continuous service are eligible for the plan, and employer contributions vest immediately.
