WorleyParsonsCord’s scope of services was:
- Procurement of pipe and fittings less than 8”
- Receive and control all inventory order by the client including pipe and fittings over 8” and all equipment
- Expediting all material to mod yard
- Erect approximately 1900 metric tons of steel
- Pipe fabrication estimated at 160,000 Factored Diameters Inches of welding (FDI).
- Load 39 pipe modules and 33 equipment modules with approximately 5000 spools
- Hydro testing of all mod piping and ship loose spools
- Manage all sub-contractor work including:
- Electrical - metal buildings
- Insulation - painting
- P.W.H.T - glycol tracing
- Metal buildings
- Painting
- Glycol tracing
- Prepare for shipping by securing all pipes, components, equipment, instruments and electrical. Responsible for providing temporary supports for safe transportation
