Worley Energy Cells in Singapore, in conjunction with the world’s top universities, were able to secure 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in the 2003 American Solar car challenge.
Extreme high energy and powerful battery packs designed and built by Worley were used by the teams with great success. Superior energy, power and weight efficiency are the keys to winning the race and Worley battery systems certainly shone above the rest over the 2300 Mile race.
Well done to all the teams participating and Worley looks forward to offering our sponsored support in future.
