In my two and a half short years with Colt, I have been fortunate with the diversity of experience that I’ve gained. I have worked on two large-scale projects, lead the Graduate Development Program (GDP) as committee president, travelled the country as part of a coast-to-coast recruitment program, lead and/or participated in both charitable and non-charitable events, and been provided excellent training and mentoring opportunities.
